Oscar J. Estevez graduated from St. Thomas University with a B.S. in Business and a Major in Accounting. After Graduating from St. Thomas, Mr. Estevez worked at KPMG Peat Marwick as a Tax Accountant. After Peat Marwick, Mr. Estevez worked at Visa International as a Staff Accountant in the Latin America Division. While at Visa, Mr. Estevez obtained his Masters Degree In Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. After graduating from Nova, Mr. Estevez obtained employment at Texaco International as an Internal Auditor in the Latin America, West Africa and Egypt division, reporting directly to Texaco's Board of Directors. Mr. Estevez began his legal career after graduating from New England School of Law in 1997. Mr. Estevez, is an experienced trial and litigation attorney who has worked on all phases of criminal and civil maters, including, witness preparation, depositions, jury selection, and trials. He also specializes in the forensic analysis of cases that require his expertise.
Joel is a fourth (4th) generation native of Miami and proud product of the local Florida school system. He has been licensed to practice Law in the State of Florida since 1997, and is certified by the Florida Bar, Supreme Court of Florida, and United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts.
Joel has 12 years of experience in the area of residential and commercial real estate transactions. His specialties include: transactional real property, real estate closings, debt collection, and foreclosure defense.
